Behind the Scenes

What to Expect During Launch

Your home is officially on the market, and active management begins. Once your listing goes live, I’m focused on creating momentum, monitoring response, and guiding decisions.

Gathering Feedback

After showings and open houses, I collect feedback from buyers and agents about presentation, condition, features, and value. I look for patterns, not isolated opinions.

Hard Conversations & Pricing Adjustments

If buyer activity slows or the market’s response isn’t aligning with expectations. I’ll have honest conversations with you about what the data is telling us. A price adjustment is never taken lightly, but the right move at the right time can renew interest and improve results.

The goal is not to defend a number. The goal is to position your home where the market is most likely to respond

Showings and Open Houses

Showing requests may begin quickly, sometimes with limited notice. Keeping your home clean, organized, and showing-ready helps us make the most of early attention. Open houses can create additional exposure, generate traffic, and help us understand how buyers are responding.

How we use it.

We combine feedback with real activity like showings, online views, open house traffic, repeat interest, and inquiries to decide whether we stay the course or make strategic adjustments

Protect Your Negotiating Position

  • Avoid discussing price, motivation, or issues with the home with buyers, neighbors, or visitors

  • Direct all questions about the property to me

  • Even casual comments can weaken our negotiation position.

Simple Response: “Jamie is handling everything related to the sale, please reach out to her directly”
